Shainit backed up by Neel and Akansha helped me with a complicated situation with a dealership that appeared to have damaged my car on an appraisal test drive when I was looking for a new car to trade in mine in for.  The degree, extent and dedication of their efforts to deal with this and find another buyer for the unfixed car were extraordinary.  They patiently explained everything involved so there was little anxiety.  They were always available and responsive and went the extra mile to take care of everything they could.
