Do you hate dealing with car dealerships? I do. After searching locally and through Chat GPT for car buying services to no avail, Claude placed Car Concierge Pro at the top of the list. I now know why. They were quickly responsive to my outreach and I soon had a video conference with Neel, the developer of this service. I told them what I wanted and they set to work. The car I wanted, a 2026 Lexus ES hybrid, had not been relelased yet. They searched all over the SE United States and found exactly what I wanted a few hours away. As it was a new model there wasn't much room to negotiate the asking price, but Irish and Shainit prevented expensive add ons and arranged the lease I wanted to get keep me from getting screwed. As important as all that, they prepared the dealership to not even think of any tricks or surprises when I picked up the car. They were quickly responsive to all inquiries I made and reassured me at all steps along the way. Their fee was absolutely worth every penny for my peace of mind in these hated dealing with car dealerships. I can strongly recommend them to anyone and have already told many friends and acquaintences about them.

First time Using a concierge service. After months and months of trying to find the right car, a very specific car, you I had all but given up. I saw a YouTube ad for the concierge service and thought at this point why not? I emailed them and was emailed back. Promptly. I actually found a car that I was interested in buying, but it was nearly 700 miles away. I let the team know about it and they basically took it from there. They negotiated the price for me and saved me somewhere more than $1200 from the advertise price.! Plus, I felt like they were really committed to getting me the best deal without being pushy to accept just any deal. We recently purchased a CPO Hyundai and the team at Car Concierge Pro - Neel, Shainit and Srilaxmi - was professional and thorough in explaining their process, communicating with us as to their progress, presenting the vehicle search information and educating us on our options. We simply did not have the amount of time and effort they spent searching nationwide for vehicles meeting our specification and pricing preferences, summarizing all the details and helping to narrow our choices to a tight subset. The helped us feel confident the purchase was good for us. They were patient during the selection process, as some of our initial choices were sold along the way during the vetting process. They even helped bridge the gap when the dealer opted not to negotiate some add-on fees. Even though the dealership presented some challenges during the process, due to their inexperience dealing with a long-distance buyer, Car Concierge Pro stayed the course and were encouraging and helpful along the way, including sourcing transportation quotes. they helped arrange the pre-purchase inspection and addressing the repairs before we signed the purchase order. I recommend this team to anyone who hates the tedious process of car purchasing and the unpleasant aspects of dealership gamesmanship. We never had to set foot in the dealership and that was a tremendous time saver as I never had to take time off from work or spend my weekends searching, driving and negotiating. Paperwork was handling via email and overnight, so no "sit-down" with any dealer finance person was forced upon us. One caveat is that this process might not be a fit for someone who is not comfortable with a process of video, email and phone calls instead of going to the lot and touching the car itself. The dealer was less than stellar in how they prepared the car for us to pick up and there is no way to know 100% what to expect from a long-distance purchase without seeing it for yourself. If you want someone else to do the legwork of finding your desired vehicle and interact with dealers on your behalf when buying a vehicle, I suggest that you contact out to Neel's people to understand your options.

I had already spent quite a bit of time researching the market and had negotiated what I thought was a very competitive deal on a new BMW M440i. Car Concierge Pro reviewed everything, confirmed the deal was strong, and was still able to negotiate it even further while providing valuable guidance throughout the process. I had an incredible experience with Car Concierge Pro. Neel helped me every step of the way -- from arranging all appointments for the cars I wanted to test drive to locating the actual car I wanted and negotiating a fantastic deal for me. He proof-read all contracts and caught an "error" (perhaps conveniently buried by the dealership...?) which the dealership subsequently had to rectify. Even when the car dealership started being difficult at the time of signing, Neel continued to advise me until the very last moment when I walked out of the dealership, car keys in hand. Neel and his team are extremely knowledgable about all the ins and outs of car negotiations, they are responsive, and so extremely helpful with removing all the uncertainty and stress from the car buying experience, not to mention that they saved me a ton of money! I would give 6 stars if I could and highly, highly recommend Car Concierge Pro to anyone who is in the market for a new car.

Neel made buying a car easy. We have been putting it off for years because I get anxious around car sales people. I also don't like the phone calls and email follow up they do. Neel took care of everything at a distance, I showed up and did the test drives. No chit chat--no personal information given--just drove the car. It was heaven. Then the day of purchase it was all arranged and I just sat there and did work on my phone while the paperwork was being processed, and I did none of the negotiations, and he got $12,000 off of a new car, so that we walked out paying just $30,000 So that was quite a significant chunk off the price of a new car that he negotiated. He turned a stressful situation into something that was easy breezy and saved us tons of money. Do yourself a favor and pay his modest fee you will more than make up for it in time savings and his negotiating powers will get you a price that you would never get on your own. Highly Recommend. Now I am not fearful of getting a car with Neel there to protect me. Looking forward to getting another with his help.
