Service Fee
Upon receipt of the fee, Car Concierge Pro will engage formally with the client. The fee can be paid through PayPal, which supports Debit / Credit Card payment methods.

Refund Policy
- The Curation Service is Non-Refundable.
- No refund shall be granted if you, the customer, are non-responsive to our inquiries or make a purchase without informing us beforehand.
- If Car Concierge Pro is found to be non-responsive for more than 7 days, the customer may claim a refund.
Timeline & Validity
Curation service is valid for the duration of 60 days from the receipt of the fee or till the purchase of the car, whichever is shorter.
The service is valid for a single car purchase.
Decision to Make Purchase
Car Concierge Pro shall recommend the car, appropriate pricing, and the best time to purchase the car. However, client is responsible for making the final decision to buy (either finance or lease) the car.

Refund Policy
- No refund shall be granted if you, the customer, are non-responsive to our inquiries or make a purchase without informing us beforehand.
- If Car Concierge Pro is found to be nonresponsive for more than 7 days, the customer may claim a refund.
- No refund will be provided if Car Concierge Pro has curated, negotiated, and secured savings on a vehicle option according to the outlined preferences in alignment with market standard pricing.
- Car Concierge Pro initiates negotiation efforts upon approval from the client. Upon receiving the negotiated quotes, no refunds will be processed if the customer delays in procuring the vehicle by utilizing the quotation provided by Car Concierge Pro to leverage a better deal elsewhere.

- Car Concierge Pro commits to presenting the highest appraisal based on standard market prices for vehicle appraisals. No refunds will be processed if the customer fails to sell the vehicle within the specified time frame. Car Concierge Pro cannot guarantee that a similar offer will be received in the future.
- No refund shall be granted if you, the customer, are non-responsive to our inquiries or make a purchase without informing us beforehand.
- If Car Concierge Pro is found to be nonresponsive for more than 7 days, the customer may claim a refund.

Service is valid for the duration of 60 days from the receipt of the fee or till the sale of the vehicle, whichever is shorter.
The service is valid for one vehicle.
Decision to Sell
Car Concierge Pro shall recommend the best selling price, and the best time to sell your vehicle. However, client is responsible for making the final decision to sell the vehicle.
