I was initially getting quotes around $850-$870/month, but their team negotiated it down to about $788/month for 36 months, saving me over $100/month. What stood out was how much of the process they handled for me, from researching and comparing vehicles to contacting 40+ dealerships and negotiating the final deal. Even when I was at the dealership, the team stayed closely in sync, helped me understand the dealer’s upselling tactics around warranties and add-ons, and made sure I was comfortable with the numbers. I honestly can't say enough good things about my experience with Car Concierge Pro. From the beginning, Shainit and his entire team were patient, thorough, responsive, and genuinely pleasant to work with. Partway through the search, I completely changed my mind about what vehicle I wanted, switching from a Toyota Venza to a Toyota Sienna. They simply changed gears with me and kept going without making me feel like I was causing them a problem. What impressed me most was that I never felt pressured to buy a particular vehicle or rush into a decision. They helped me search, communicated with dealers, arranged an independent pre-purchase inspection, followed up when I wanted additional parts of the inspection completed, and helped coordinate the purchase and transportation. Do you hate dealing with car dealerships? I do. After searching locally and through Chat GPT for car buying services to no avail, Claude placed Car Concierge Pro at the top of the list. I now know why. They were quickly responsive to my outreach and I soon had a video conference with Neel, the developer of this service. I told them what I wanted and they set to work. The car I wanted, a 2026 Lexus ES hybrid, had not been relelased yet. They searched all over the SE United States and found exactly what I wanted a few hours away. As it was a new model there wasn't much room to negotiate the asking price, but Irish and Shainit prevented expensive add ons and arranged the lease I wanted to get keep me from getting screwed. As important as all that, they prepared the dealership to not even think of any tricks or surprises when I picked up the car. They were quickly responsive to all inquiries I made and reassured me at all steps along the way. Their fee was absolutely worth every penny for my peace of mind in these hated dealing with car dealerships. First time Using a concierge service. After months and months of trying to find the right car, a very specific car, you I had all but given up. I saw a YouTube ad for the concierge service and thought at this point why not? I emailed them and was emailed back. Promptly. I actually found a car that I was interested in buying, but it was nearly 700 miles away. I let the team know about it and they basically took it from there. They negotiated the price for me and saved me somewhere more than $1200 from the advertise price.! Plus, I felt like they were really committed to getting me the best deal without being pushy to accept just any deal. We recently purchased a CPO Hyundai and the team at Car Concierge Pro - Neel, Shainit and Srilaxmi - was professional and thorough in explaining their process, communicating with us as to their progress, presenting the vehicle search information and educating us on our options. We simply did not have the amount of time and effort they spent searching nationwide for vehicles meeting our specification and pricing preferences, summarizing all the details and helping to narrow our choices to a tight subset. The helped us feel confident the purchase was good for us. They were patient during the selection process, as some of our initial choices were sold along the way during the vetting process. They even helped bridge the gap when the dealer opted not to negotiate some add-on fees. Even though the dealership presented some challenges during the process, due to their inexperience dealing with a long-distance buyer, Car Concierge Pro stayed the course and were encouraging and helpful along the way, including sourcing transportation quotes. they helped arrange the pre-purchase inspection and addressing the repairs before we signed the purchase order. I recommend this team to anyone who hates the tedious process of car purchasing and the unpleasant aspects of dealership gamesmanship. We never had to set foot in the dealership and that was a tremendous time saver as I never had to take time off from work or spend my weekends searching, driving and negotiating. Paperwork was handling via email and overnight, so no "sit-down" with any dealer finance person was forced upon us. One caveat is that this process might not be a fit for someone who is not comfortable with a process of video, email and phone calls instead of going to the lot and touching the car itself. The dealer was less than stellar in how they prepared the car for us to pick up and there is no way to know 100% what to expect from a long-distance purchase without seeing it for yourself. If you want someone else to do the legwork of finding your desired vehicle and interact with dealers on your behalf when buying a vehicle, I suggest that you contact out to Neel's people to understand your options.

Shainit & Neel from Car Concierge Pro from the beginning started researching my 3 top car choices. They arranged a Google Meeting and showed me detailed spreadsheets comparing the 3 cars. I decided to lease for the first time and preferred Toyota’s reliability. I traded in my 2009 Toyota Prius after driving it for 15 years. If there was a Toyota PRIUS BEV available, that would have been my first choice. Shainit constantly keep me updated with the status of my new car search. The day of taking in my 2009 Prius to the dealer for an appraisal for a Trade-in for the 2025 bZ4X XLE EV SUV. Shainit was instantly available for calls or texts during the final negotiations & paperwork. The paperwork showed a $20+ monthly lease payment higher than negotiated figures. Shainit had negotiated with various Toyota dealership for a week prior to the final day. He talked to the salesman & dealership and the final monthly amount was less than what Shainit negotiated previously. So happy after getting a $10,000 Toyota incentive & almost $2,000 Dealership incentive. Did not have to pay 25% foreign made tariff as Toyota is currently absorbing the tariff. Car Concierge Pro is a fantastic resource to those who are in the market to purchase a new or used vehicle, BUT don't want to personally haggle with dealerships. From the first time I contacted them for assistance in helping my son buy his first vehicle, they got to work right away after the initial zoom meeting to secure us the best deal. Shianit kept in constant contact with us throughout the process by email and text, and was able to get a significant amount negotiated off the asking price of the vehicle. I recently purchased a used 2017 Subaru Outback Limited via Car Concierge Pro. The experience was definitely a positive one overall. As someone who purchases a car once a decade or so, I simply do not trust dealerships. They have a variety of tactics to hide the truth about pricing and vehicle history to squeeze every penny from you. Services like Carvana and Carmax charge more for negotiation-free purchasing (shouldn't it be the other way around?) and up-sell you on warranties, Either way, you’re at a disadvantage. So I went looking for an alternative and ran across the concierge option. I chose Car Concierge Pro because pricing and payment are straightforward, and they're technologically more up to speed than their competitors. Everyone on the team assigned to me was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. My experience was more of a collaborative effort with quite a bit of back and forth around searching, researching, and negotiating. The team was with me every step of the way, handling all the legwork or providing guidance and assistance as necessary. You can be as hand-off or hands-on as you like. If you want to handle searching yourself and let them handle negotiations, you can do that too. Here are some helpful learnings if you decide to go the same route. 1) Try to research models and narrow down what you're after ahead of time. Best model years, common failures, expected repair costs (Consumer Reports, CoPilot, and ChatGPT were very helpful), regional pricing trends (see Auto Tempest). This isn't a requirement, but I personally found it to be helpful. Doing so will help your team hit the ground running and alleviate some stress for you early on. Of course, they’re there to help you dial in on your preferences as well. And keep in mind things may evolve and shift as part of the process. As an example, I focused on the 2019 and later model of Subaru Crosstrek PHEV initially before realizing battery replacement would be a huge hidden expense for very limited range. I discussed this with my team and we pivoted accordingly. 2) Keep your eye on the details. Dealerships might say one thing and do another, or they'll inflate the numbers in one area (like optional packages) to give the illusion of a deal. They might even take favorable photos to hide flaws (like a cracked front bumper on one of the listings I picked). Your team will be very vigilant for these tactics, but it doesn't hurt to be redundant if you're inclined to. For obvious reasons, dealerships do not like dealing with concierges, so they might try and sneak things past them if they realize who they’re dealing with. Your team will reiterate this before closing the deal and signing any papers. 3) Use Lemon Squad for pre-purchase inspections. Ordering an inspection from their site is dead simple, especially compared to their competitors. You'll get photos, video, diagnostic scans, a test drive, and a report, which you can share with your team or knowledgeable friends / family for feedback and use to negotiate further. Better pricing might be available via a local mechanic, but for remote inspections, Lemon Squad is the way to go. As of this writing, pricing starts at $220. You probably don't want to pay for more than two inspections (the money adds up quickly, obviously), so use them once you're ready to commit to a vehicle assuming everything looks good. 4) Use a reasonable search area and adjust accordingly. The wider the search area, the better range of pricing and deals. One caveat is that shipping can get pricey and cut into your savings the further out you go. My suggestion is to stick within a 1000 mile range initially. If you find a good deal on the edge of that range, it might be cheaper to fly out to pick up the car and drive it back. A 16 hour drive is much more doable than a 26 hour drive. All in all, I’ll be going this route again in the future when the time comes. The options + savings are better and it alleviates a notable degree of stress from a generally unpleasant experience. And I can’t recommend Neel and his team enough.

The service is more for the individual who does not locate their own vehicle on the side and feed them the discoveries as they work at their own pace as they are very busy. When occupied they often are unable to respond the same day by email… delayed response to emails or phone calls noted during busy times at the end of the month. Other times they are quite fast such a mid month. At the point of the actual negotiations, they do a great job with communicating. Overall, I was quite pleased and personally learned a lot about car buying from my own mistakes. Thanks so very much.

I hired this company back in February but the car prices were too high . I told them to wait till July and they were able to find me a car (rav4 hybrid xse) for the price that I was willing to pay. They did a good job negotiating with the toyota dealership.

The team is so knowledgeable and were able to educate us on the best deals for what we wanted (a Kia Telluride in a economy with high markups). Car Concierge Pro took all of the hassle and uncertainty out of the car buying process. Every single detail was thought of and handled. My husband shared we will always go the route of using Car Concierge Pro to keep car purchases simple whenever we do need to make another car purchase. We began the process around Christmas 2022 and in January we were locked into the buying process with the SUV being delivered right to our front door in February 2023. Neel always extremely prompt on his end with responses. But, at the same time he remained patient with me as I took my time and pondered decisions regarding specifications/trims and the comparisons between 2 different vehicle types. I had an incredible experience with Car Concierge Pro. Neel helped me every step of the way -- from arranging all appointments for the cars I wanted to test drive to locating the actual car I wanted and negotiating a fantastic deal for me. He proof-read all contracts and caught an "error" (perhaps conveniently buried by the dealership...?) which the dealership subsequently had to rectify. Even when the car dealership started being difficult at the time of signing, Neel continued to advise me until the very last moment when I walked out of the dealership, car keys in hand. Neel and his team are extremely knowledgable about all the ins and outs of car negotiations, they are responsive, and so extremely helpful with removing all the uncertainty and stress from the car buying experience, not to mention that they saved me a ton of money! I am able to write this review after a few months of working with Car Concierge Pro for buying a car and I am still very happy that I decided to work with them :). This speaks to the immense value that Neel and his team puts towards making the experience during and after the purchase seamless and enjoyable. I am thoroughly impressed with their model of service and its perfect execution. I was looking to buy a car for a long time and even had specific models/requirements in mind but due to COVID-19 circumstances and my work, never had time or energy to go through negotiations with dealers or finding the correct dealer. When I reached out to Car Concierge Pro, they surprised me with the efficiency and smoothness with which they helped me through the buying process. Once I stated my requirements, they provided me with a detailed list of recommendations on various aspects of buying plus navigated through a large number of dealers to find me the best base price. Once a dealer was decided, Neel and his team did some magic negotiations and what was left for me to do was to do a test drive and complete the paperwork at the dealer's shop - just 3-4 hrs work. While I was able to find the final price that is till date lower than what I have heard from any dealer or friends, what was more impressive was that Neel and his team were extremely accommodating of my scheduling constraints and worked with me at different times of day as needed. For anyone who is looking to buy a new or used car, I highly recommend Car Concierge Pro and I will leave with two anecdotes from my experience working with Neel and Car Concierge Pro that may help -- First, there was a time when we needed to have an urgent discussion about something related to the dealer/scheduling and Neel was with me on the phone all the time, while he was still recovering from severe post-vaccine side effects (Of course, I didn't know at the time :) ) . Neel made buying a car easy. We have been putting it off for years because I get anxious around car sales people. I also don't like the phone calls and email follow up they do. Neel took care of everything at a distance, I showed up and did the test drives. No chit chat--no personal information given--just drove the car. It was heaven. Then the day of purchase it was all arranged and I just sat there and did work on my phone while the paperwork was being processed, and I did none of the negotiations, and he got $12,000 off of a new car, so that we walked out paying just $30,000 So that was quite a significant chunk off the price of a new car that he negotiated. He turned a stressful situation into something that was easy breezy and saved us tons of money. Do yourself a favor and pay his modest fee you will more than make up for it in time savings and his negotiating powers will get you a price that you would never get on your own. Highly Recommend. Now I am not fearful of getting a car with Neel there to protect me. Looking forward to getting another with his help.

I needed a car under $13K while I finish school and Neel helped me find it and negotiate it. All I had to do was walk into the dealership, test drive, and buy it. Highly recommend.
I am happy with the car and deal I got from the Car Concierge Pro. The Pros: 1.) The company not only helped me to shortlist a car that I would need based on features my family wanted, but they also explained how this car would fair in future trade-in transactions in case I decide on upgrading after few years. This helped me to make an informed decision on choosing my car since this was my first car purchasing experience. 2.) Car Concierge Pro team created a list of the cars which are in the best condition per my preferences (1 owner, No accident, <30k miles). With statistical analysis, they explained to me which car is best theoretically. 3.) The next day, they scheduled all necessary appointments beforehand and started building repo, got initial OTD price. This way, I needed to drive into the dealership and take test drives to make sure those cars are right on the road as well. Car Concierge Pro provided me with a checklist to check at the time of inspection, and all vehicles were ready, sales associates were expecting me when I walked into the dealership. The entire process was very efficient and remote, which felt very safe due to coronavirus. 4.) Since I could take only one day off, I was able to test-drive plenty of cars from 9 am to 8 pm. I was exhausted by 8 pm when the actual negotiations at the dealership started. Neel took over the whole negotiating process and got me a great deal and made sure that the dealership did not add anything else on top of the listed price and negotiated from that listed price. 5.) Due to a flat fee structure, Neel always takes your side, and they advise you to walk away if they smell something wrong with the dealership, salesman, car, or anything else. They also help with insurance buying. Fast and straightforward process, Great Service, Amazing Negotiations, and of course, a great deal!
