Scope, timing, obligation and refunds, the four things a flat fee has to be clear about.
Am I under any obligation to buy the car?
Absolutely not. You only pay the one-time project initiation fee for your service to start working with Car Concierge Pro. The final decision always rests with you.
What does the fee actually include?
The entire car buying process, finance or lease, from start to finish, including the negotiating and discussions with the dealerships. It includes 40-50 hours of Car Concierge Pro's time to do the market research, provides you with the latest and most relevant information, numbers and car deals, and it includes answering your questions throughout the process.
How long does an engagement run?
Each fee is valid for 60 days from receipt, or until the purchase, lease or sale closes, whichever is shorter. One vehicle per engagement.
How much do clients usually save?
Anywhere between $3,248 and $11,623, based on several different factors. The complimentary 30-minute consultation is where we look at yours.
How does payment work?
50% to begin. 50% upon completion. We don't require the full service fee upfront. Your initial 50% payment activates the engagement and allows us to begin the research, sourcing, communication, negotiation and concierge work required for your service. The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the applicable service. All fees are fixed and paid by the Client. We receive no dealer commissions, kickbacks or referral fees.
How do refunds work?
Clear, stage-based refund policy: if CCP materially fails to provide the agreed service, the applicable Completion Payment may be waived in accordance with our published Refund Policy. White Glove carries an additional $5,000 savings guarantee: if we do not save you at least $5,000 against advertised pricing, you receive a 50% refund of the White Glove fee.
What is not included?
Car Concierge Pro is an independent advisory and negotiation service, not a dealer, lender, broker or insurer. The fee buys the research and the negotiation; the vehicle, the financing and the insurance are contracted by you, with our advice alongside.
