Refund Policy
- Research & curation work is non-refundable once it has begun.
- No refund if you are non-responsive to our inquiries or purchase without informing us beforehand.
- If Car Concierge Pro is non-responsive for more than 7 days, you may claim a refund.
- No refund once we have curated, negotiated and secured savings in line with market-standard pricing, or if you delay to use our quote to leverage a deal elsewhere.
Valid 60 days from receipt of the fee, or until the vehicle is purchased / leased, whichever is shorter.
Valid for a single vehicle.
We recommend the vehicle, the right pricing and the best time to act. The final decision to buy, finance or lease always rests with the client.
Buying / Leasing + Trade-in
Your new vehicle curated, with your trade-in valued & negotiated
Everything in the Concierge package, plus full trade-in handling. Payable via PayPal (Debit / Credit Card supported).

- Trade-in valuation
- New vehicle curation
- Full price & finance negotiation
- Finance / lease guidance
- End-to-end deal closure
Valid 60 days from receipt of the fee, or until purchase / lease, whichever is shorter. Single vehicle.
Same as the Concierge package: research & curation non-refundable once started; refundable only if we are non-responsive for 7+ days.
White Glove Concierge
Full curation + negotiation, handled end to end
Concierge-level service from search to signature, with post-purchase advisory. Payable via PayPal (Debit / Credit Card supported).

- Significant time savings & reduced decision fatigue
- Elevated buying / leasing confidence
- Post-purchase advisory
If we don't save you at least $5,000 vs. advertised pricing , or secure a clearly good deal, you receive a 50% refund of the White Glove fee. Valid 60 days or until purchase, whichever is shorter; single vehicle.

Refund Policy
- We present the highest appraisal at standard market prices. No refund if the vehicle is not sold within the time frame; a similar future offer cannot be guaranteed.
- No refund if you are non-responsive or sell without informing us beforehand.
- If Car Concierge Pro is non-responsive for more than 7 days, you may claim a refund.
Valid 60 days from receipt of the fee, or until the vehicle is sold, whichever is shorter. Valid for one vehicle.
We recommend the best selling price and the best time to sell. The final decision to sell always rests with the client.
Trade-in for New
Sell and upgrade in one move: trade-in plus buying support
Combines selling support with full buying assistance for your next vehicle. Payable via PayPal (Debit / Credit Card supported).
Service Includes
- Car buying & trade-in support
- Dealership outreach
- Price negotiation & deal closure
Valid 60 days from receipt of the fee, or until the transaction closes, whichever is shorter. Single vehicle.
We recommend pricing and timing for both the sale and the new purchase. The final decision always rests with the client.
General Terms
A few things that apply to every service.
Payment & Fee Structure
Each service is provided for one fixed, flat fee. Unless otherwise stated for a particular service, the fee is divided into two payments:
- Initial Payment — 50%: Due before active service begins and used to activate the engagement and allocate the necessary research, outreach, negotiation and operational resources.
- Completion Payment — 50%: Due upon completion of the applicable service.
CCP does not require the full service fee to be paid before work begins.
There are no commissions, dealer kickbacks or hidden charges. CCP is paid by the Client.
Clear, Stage-Based Refund Policy
If CCP materially fails to provide the agreed service, the applicable Completion Payment may be waived in accordance with our published Refund Policy. White Glove carries an additional $5,000 savings guarantee (50% refund if not met).
