I had an incredible experience with Car Concierge Pro. Neel helped me every step of the way -- from arranging all appointments for the cars I wanted to test drive to locating the actual car I wanted and negotiating a fantastic deal for me. He proof-read all contracts and caught an "error" (perhaps conveniently buried by the dealership...?) which the dealership subsequently had to rectify. Even when the car dealership started being difficult at the time of signing, Neel continued to advise me until the very last moment when I walked out of the dealership, car keys in hand. Neel and his team are extremely knowledgable about all the ins and outs of car negotiations, they are responsive, and so extremely helpful with removing all the uncertainty and stress from the car buying experience, not to mention that they saved me a ton of money! Shainit & Neel from Car Concierge Pro from the beginning started researching my 3 top car choices. They arranged a Google Meeting and showed me detailed spreadsheets comparing the 3 cars. I decided to lease for the first time and preferred Toyota’s reliability. I traded in my 2009 Toyota Prius after driving it for 15 years. If there was a Toyota PRIUS BEV available, that would have been my first choice. Shainit constantly keep me updated with the status of my new car search. The day of taking in my 2009 Prius to the dealer for an appraisal for a Trade-in for the 2025 bZ4X XLE EV SUV. Shainit was instantly available for calls or texts during the final negotiations & paperwork. The paperwork showed a $20+ monthly lease payment higher than negotiated figures. Shainit had negotiated with various Toyota dealership for a week prior to the final day.
