Your CCP Journey

Our structured approach to your engagement:

1. Tell Us What You Need

We begin by confirming the details that matter to you — your vehicle or transaction requirements, budget, timing, location and preferences. If anything changes during the engagement, simply let us know.

2. We Research the Market

Our team reviews relevant inventory, pricing, comparable vehicles, specifications, history, geography and current market conditions.

3. We Curate the Opportunities

We narrow the market down to opportunities that best align with your requirements, rather than asking you to sort through everything yourself.

4. We Pursue the Right Opportunities

Once an opportunity is worth pursuing, we engage with the applicable dealership, seller, buyer or other transaction party.

5. We Negotiate

Where included in your service, we negotiate toward the strongest available price and transaction terms.

6. You Make the Decision

We provide our research, assessment and recommendation. The final decision always remains yours.

7. We Coordinate the Next Steps

Depending on your service, this may include:

• Dealership visits
• Test drives
• Contract review
• Financing or lease review
• Independent inspection coordination
• Shipping research
• Vehicle pickup
• Trade-in assistance
• Other transaction support

8. We Complete the Engagement

Once the applicable service or transaction is completed, we close out the engagement and handle the remaining service payment according to the applicable service terms and CCP Bylaws.

What We Need From You

A strong engagement starts with clear information. For a purchase or lease, we may need:

• Vehicle make, model and year
• Trim and required features
• Exterior and interior preferences
• Mileage requirements
• New, used or CPO preference
• Budget
• Geographic preferences
• Cash, financing or lease preference
• Desired timeline
• Trade-in information, where applicable

For a vehicle sale or trade-in, we may need:

• VIN and mileage
• Vehicle history and service information
• Condition and photographs
• Current payoff, where applicable
• Vehicle location
• Other relevant vehicle information

The more accurately we understand your requirements, the more effectively we can focus our search.

What Our Team Handles

Depending on your selected service, CCP may assist with:

• Research: Market inventory, pricing, comparables, specifications, vehicle history and market positioning.
• Curation: Narrowing available opportunities according to your requirements, budget, condition, mileage, location and value.
• Outreach: Communicating with dealerships, sellers, buyers and other relevant market participants.
• Negotiation: Pursuing pricing, out-the-door terms, financing, leasing, trade-in values and other applicable transaction terms.
• Transaction Support: Dealership visits, test drives, contract review, financing or lease considerations, inspections, shipping research, pickup and other practical next steps.

Communication

Your dedicated concierge remains your primary point of contact.

Primary Channel: Email is our primary channel for significant engagement communication. It keeps requirements, recommendations, negotiations and decisions organized in one place.

Updates: During active work, we generally follow cadence to provide updates every 24–48 hours, depending on the nature of the engagement and market activity. Time-sensitive opportunities may require faster communication.

Current Hours: Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM EST. Sunday: Closed.

• Your budget changes
• Your timeline changes
• You want to pause the search
• You find a vehicle independently
• You decide to pursue a different direction
• You need us to expedite the process

There is no expectation that you accept every opportunity we present. Our role is to provide better information, better options and stronger support for the decision you ultimately make.

Your Engagement Timeline

Most CCP engagements are structured around 60 days of active service, depending on the selected service.

Depending on the engagement, service may conclude earlier when the applicable transaction or service is completed.

Examples:

• Buying: 60 days or until the vehicle is obtained, whichever occurs first.
• Selling: 60 days or until the vehicle is sold, whichever occurs first.
• Buying + Trade-In: 60 days or until the applicable purchase and sale/trade process is completed, whichever occurs first.

CCP may extend an engagement where additional active work would reasonably benefit the Client.

Your Engagement Fee

CCP uses a simple two-payment structure. 50% of the applicable service fee is due to begin the engagement, and the remaining 50% is due upon completion of the applicable service.

The initial payment allows CCP to begin allocating the research, outreach, negotiation and concierge resources required for your engagement.

You never pay the full service fee upfront.

When We Find the Right Opportunity

You will see the full picture before you decide. Depending on the service, we may provide:

• Vehicle details
• Pricing
• Market comparisons
• Relevant history
• Negotiation position
• Trade-in considerations
• Financing or lease information
• Inspection considerations
• Recommended next steps

We provide our assessment and recommendations. The final decision remains yours.

Dealership Visits & Test Drives

Where applicable, your concierge can assist with:

• Dealership appointments
• Test drives
• Vehicle pickups
• Contract review
• Negotiation support
• Transaction consultations

For time-sensitive assistance while at a dealership, contact your concierge through the established communication channel.

Finalization & Out-of-State Purchases

Where included, we can review transaction documents before you finalize the purchase or lease, including:

• Agreed vehicle price
• Out-the-door pricing
• Fees
• Financing terms
• Lease terms
• Trade-in values
• Incentives
• Other transaction details

Payment for the vehicle itself is made directly to the dealership or applicable transaction party.

For out-of-state purchases, CCP can help research shipping and independent inspection providers and connect you with relevant DMV resources.

Third-party provider selection and payment remain between you and the applicable provider.

When Your Engagement Is Complete

Your engagement concludes when the applicable service has been completed or the applicable engagement period has ended, as applicable.

Depending on your service, completion may mean:

• Vehicle purchase
• Lease completion
• Vehicle sale
• Trade-in completion
• Completion of curation
• Completion of negotiation
• Another agreed service outcome

At that point, our team will provide any applicable final communication and handle the remaining service payment according to your service terms and the CCP Bylaws.

The goal of this handbook is simple: to make the CCP experience clear before the work begins and predictable as it progresses.
