Our Service Approach
CCP is an independent automotive concierge, research and negotiation service.
Depending on the selected service, our team may provide:
- Market research
- Inventory research
- Vehicle curation
- Dealer or seller outreach
- Negotiation
- Financing or lease review
- Trade-in research
- Selling assistance
- Inspection coordination
- Shipping research
- Dealership and test-drive support
- Transaction coordination
The Client always retains the final decision — whether to purchase, lease, sell, trade or otherwise proceed. CCP does not guarantee a particular vehicle, price, savings amount, inventory availability or transaction outcome unless stated otherwise.
Service Fees & Part-Payment Structure
CCP's standard services are structured as follows:
| Service | Total | Initial Payment | Completion Payment |
|---|---|---|---|
| Car Buying Concierge | $998 | $499 | $499 |
| Car Leasing Concierge | $998 | $499 | $499 |
| Car Selling Concierge | $499 | $250 | $249 |
| Trade-In Concierge | $1,498 | $499 | $999 |
| White Glove Concierge | $2,497 | $999 | $1,498 |
Customized or separately contracted services may have different pricing, which will be communicated before the applicable service begins.
Why We Use Two Payments
CCP intentionally does not require the full service fee before beginning most core engagements.
The Initial Payment allows us to activate the engagement and immediately allocate the research, communication, outreach, negotiation and operational resources required.
The Completion Payment is retained until the applicable service reaches completion.
This structure is designed to balance the Client's commitment with CCP's investment of time and resources throughout the engagement.
Initial Payment
The Initial Payment is due before active service begins.
Once the engagement has commenced, the Initial Payment is non-refundable, except where CCP determines otherwise or where a non-waivable legal requirement applies.
The Initial Payment covers the activation and commencement of the engagement and is not dependent upon whether the Client ultimately purchases, leases or sells a particular vehicle.
Completion Payment
The Completion Payment is generally due when the applicable service has been completed.
Importantly, completion is based on the service performed, not solely on whether the Client ultimately completes a vehicle transaction.
For example, a buying engagement may be considered completed where CCP has materially performed the agreed research, curation, outreach, negotiation and transaction support, even if the Client ultimately decides not to purchase an available vehicle.
The purpose of CCP's engagement is to provide professional automotive services and support the Client's decision-making process. CCP cannot control the Client's final decision or the actions of third parties.
The 60-Day Active Engagement
The standard CCP engagement period is 60 days of active service, subject to the applicable service.
Depending on the service, an engagement may conclude earlier when the relevant transaction or service is completed.
Examples include:
- Buying: 60 days or until the vehicle is obtained, whichever occurs first.
- Selling: 60 days or until the vehicle is sold, whichever occurs first.
- Buying + Trade-In: 60 days or until the applicable purchase and sale/trade process is completed, whichever occurs first.
CCP may extend an engagement when additional active work would reasonably benefit the Client.
The 60-day period is a standard active-service period, not a guarantee that a particular vehicle or transaction will be completed within that period.
Completion, Refunds & Fee Waivers
CCP's approach is straightforward: if we provide the service we committed to provide, the applicable Completion Payment remains due. If we materially fail to provide the agreed service, CCP may waive the Completion Payment.
A Completion Payment generally remains due where CCP has materially performed the contracted service even if:
- The Client does not find a vehicle they consider suitable;
- The Client decides not to purchase;
- The Client changes direction;
- The Client changes preferences or budget;
- A desired vehicle becomes unavailable;
- A dealership or seller declines to negotiate;
- Market pricing changes;
- A vehicle does not pass an independent inspection;
- The Client independently finds another vehicle; or
- The Client decides to postpone the transaction.
These circumstances may affect the transaction outcome but do not, by themselves, mean that CCP failed to perform its service.
When CCP May Waive the Completion Payment
CCP may waive the Completion Payment where there has been a material failure attributable to CCP, including circumstances where:
- CCP has been materially unresponsive;
- CCP has not provided the substantive scope of service agreed upon;
- CCP has materially failed to perform the engagement; or
- Another circumstance warrants a waiver based on the service actually provided.
Isolated delays caused by dealerships, sellers, buyers, market conditions, weekends, holidays or circumstances outside CCP's reasonable control do not, by themselves, constitute a failure of CCP service.
CCP may also review exceptional circumstances individually.
Client Responsibilities
To help us provide the best possible service, Clients should:
- Provide accurate and reasonably complete information;
- Respond when a time-sensitive decision is required;
- Communicate changes to requirements, budget or timeline;
- Inform CCP if they independently purchase, lease or sell a vehicle;
- Let CCP know if they need to pause or change direction; and
- Review and approve final transaction documents before signing.
The Client remains responsible for the final decision to proceed with any transaction.
Market Conditions & Third Parties
The automotive market is constantly changing. CCP cannot control:
- Vehicle availability
- Dealer decisions
- Seller decisions
- Buyer decisions
- Market pricing
- Financing approvals
- Lease approvals
- Trade-in offers
- Inspection results
- Shipping providers
- DMV requirements
- Other third-party decisions
CCP will work diligently within the available market, but these external factors may affect the outcome or timing of an engagement.
Any vehicle purchase, lease, sale, financing, inspection or shipping agreement is ultimately between the Client and the applicable third party.
Financing, Leasing & Trade-In
Where included in the selected service, CCP may assist with reviewing or negotiating:
Financing: APR, loan structure, down payment, fees, incentives and related terms.
Leasing: Selling price, money factor, residual value, monthly payment, incentives and applicable fees.
Trade-In: Market valuation, dealer offers, third-party offers, comparison and negotiation.
Final financing, leasing and trade-in approval remains subject to the applicable dealership, lender or transaction party.
Inspections, Shipping & Registration
Where included, CCP may research or recommend:
- Independent inspection providers
- Shipping providers
- Registration resources
- DMV resources
- Other relevant third-party services
Third-party fees are separate from CCP's service fees unless otherwise stated.
The Client remains responsible for selecting and paying applicable third-party providers and for the final transaction decision.
Communication
Email is CCP's primary channel for significant engagement communication. During active work, CCP generally aims to provide updates every 24–48 hours, depending on the service, market activity and circumstances.
Phone or text may be used for time-sensitive matters, dealership visits, test drives, contract reviews or consultations.
Current Hours: Monday–Saturday, 9:30 AM–7:00 PM EST. Sunday: Closed.
Pause, Early Closure & Termination
A Client may request that an engagement be paused or discontinued.
If an engagement is paused, CCP may confirm how the pause affects the engagement timeline.
Ending an engagement early does not automatically create a refund or eliminate amounts already earned or due.
CCP may discontinue an engagement where continued service is impractical because of circumstances such as repeated non-responsiveness, failure to provide necessary information, abusive conduct or other material operational concerns.
Privacy & Client Information
Client information is handled in accordance with the CCP Privacy Policy.
CCP may share information reasonably necessary to perform the selected service with relevant transaction participants, including dealerships, sellers, buyers, lenders, inspectors, carriers and other service providers.
Please refer to the CCP Privacy Policy for additional information.
Service Boundaries
CCP is not a dealership, lender, insurer, manufacturer or independent inspection provider. CCP does not give titles to vehicles.
Where included in the selected service, CCP may assist with reviewing transaction documents, but the final contract remains between the Client and the applicable transaction party. CCP does not provide legal, tax or regulated financial advice.
Document Relationship
The CCP Engagement Handbook is the practical guide to the Client experience.
The CCP Bylaws provide CCP's service policies and engagement guidelines.
The Privacy Policy explains how Client information is handled.

Our Commitment
CCP's objective is to keep every engagement clear, professional and client-focused.
We commit our time, expertise and resources to helping each Client navigate the automotive process with better information, stronger options and informed support.
Our payment structure exists to recognize both sides of that commitment: the Client's commitment to the engagement and CCP's commitment of resources to the work.
Where we deliver the service we have committed to provide, the applicable service fee remains due. Where we materially fail to deliver that service, we will review the situation accordingly.
The goal is simple: a fair, transparent and professional engagement from beginning to completion.
These Bylaws are intended to work alongside the CCP Engagement Handbook, which provides the practical, client-facing overview of how an engagement works. The Handbook explains the experience. The Bylaws explain the service policies behind it.
